Tax Benefits of Partnering or Sponsoring
JPAS is recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, you will be able to deduct any contribution to JPAS to the extent that the amount that you contribute exceeds the value of the benefits that you receive from JPAS.

Supporting JPAS Through PLANNED GIVING
Planned Giving is an effective way to have an impact on the future well-being of JPAS. Individuals have many options available to them in making their estate plans such as bequests, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts or insurance policies. When a member of our JPAS community makes a planned gift they automatically become a member of a very important group of supporters of the mission of JPAS. JPAS Season Program IN PERFORMANCE is a full-color commemorative program that distributed to approx. 20,000+ audience members at every show in the JPAS season . Our 34th Season productions attract audiences of all ages from kids to young adults, adults and seniors!
