Helpful information and services at our theater spaces:

Cameras and Recording: The use of cameras (with or without flash), video, or audio recorders and other electronic devices inside any of our theatres is strictly prohibited.

Pagers, Cell Phones, Watch Alarms: Pagers and cell phones should be set to silent mode or checked with the House Manager. The House Manager will immediately and discreetly contact patrons who are paged. Please deactivate all alarms to avoid interruptions during the performance.

Emergency Calls: If there is a possibility that you will receive an emergency phone call during a performance, please notify the House Manager with your seat location prior to the performance.

Assistive Hearing System: For patrons with hearing difficulties, lightweight headsets are available at the Box Office before each performance. Please return headsets to the Box Office following the performance.

Handicapped Accessibility: Wheelchair seating is available at all of our theatres. Please inform the Box Office when making reservations that you require wheelchair accessible space.

Late Seating Policy: To avoid disturbance of our actors and other patrons, those arriving after curtain will be directed to temporary seating at the discretion of the House Manager. Patrons can move to their reserved seats upon intermission.

Concessions: A variety of concessions are available at all of our theatres. Please keep our theatres clean and discard your trash in the proper receptacles.

Lost and Found: Lost articles can be claimed at the Jefferson Performing Arts Society Office at 1118 Clearview Parkway in Metairie. Items will be kept for thirty (30) days after they are found. Items not claimed will be discarded or donated accordingly.

Young Patrons: Some productions may not be suitable for young children. Kindly check with the Box Office if you have questions about subject matter. To ensure a pleasant experience for all of our patrons, no children under the age of three (3) will be allowed in the theatre, with the exception of children’s productions.

Gift Certificates: A JPAS gift certificate can be individually tailored to meet your needs. It is flexible and can be used at any time (subject to ticket availability). Contact the Box Office at 504.885.2000 for more details.

The Box Office is open at the main JPAS office located at 1118 Clearview Parkway, Metairie, LA 70001, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm and at the theatre one hour prior to curtain.
