COVID STATEMENT

The health and safety of our guests, our employees, and our community are our top priority. JPAS closely monitors federal, state, and local guidelines, and our policies and procedures will continue to evolve accordingly. We recommend checking this site regularly for the most up-to-date arrival protocols for our events. Our safety protocols, including masks and testing/vaccination requirements, will continue to update according to each specific artist/event policy and are subject to change at any time.

TO HELP KEEP YOU & OTHERS SAFE

Full vaccination is required for all staff and members of the production, including cast and crew.

Venue staff and crew are subject to the same requirements as show attendees.

If you receive a positive test, please reach out to us via email at info@jpas.org, and we will help reschedule your ticket or facilitate a full refund.

By visiting JPAS, each visitor voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agrees to release the JPAS from any liability related to such exposure regardless of any action or inaction by JPAS or another visitor, guest, or employee of JPAS.

We appreciate your cooperation and dedication to bringing live theater back to Jefferson Parish and the Gulf Region safely.

The Coronavirus Self-Checker is an interactive clinical assessment tool that will assist individuals ages 13 and older, and parents and caregivers of children ages 2 to 12 on deciding when to seek testing or medical care if they suspect they or someone they know has contracted COVID-19 or has come into close contact with someone who has COVID-19.

The online, mobile-friendly tool asks a series of questions, and based on the user’s responses, provides recommended actions and resources.
