Two Old Buddies...A Call Girl...and A Little Blue Pill! VIAGARA FALLS takes place in the apartment of Charley on his 70th birthday. The show examines the importance of friendships, the realization that emotions don’t diminish with age, and the idea that feeling wanted can be the difference between living and just existing.
Wayne is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, having earned a B.A. degree in Theatre and Communications. Wayne and Miriam, his wife of 45 years, reside in Kenner. After a lengthy absence from the stage due to work and raising a family, Wayne returned to the stage and has appeared in several JPAS productions including Cabaret (Herr Shultz), Man of la Mancha (Padre), two productions of Annie (FDR), Beauty and the Beast (Papa), The Light in the Piazza (Bishop) and Scandalous (Ensemble).
David is excited to be reprising the role of Moe in this latest production of Viagara Falls. Other JPAS productions include Peter Pan, The Amorous Ambassador, Footloose!, and the world premiere of Two X Two, He has over 20 years worth of theatre credits on both the Southshore and Northshore. Favorite roles include Fagin in Oliver!, Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof. David made his cinema debut in the independent film Floodstreets and his television debut in the TNT Network show Memphis Beat.
Alison's past credits in NOLA include: Adelaide in Guys And Dolls (Rivertown), Lady Mulligan in Camino Real (TWTC), and Lurleen Wallace in All The Way (Southern Rep). Alison is a Chicago native, and graduated from Millikin University with a BFA in Acting. She also graduated from The Second City Conservatory, studying improv and sketch. The Original Classy Broad is her stage name as a cabaret comedienne, and Alison produces her own one woman cabaret, Courted, at various venues in town.
